We collect only the minimum information needed to provide the service:
- Photos — Images you choose to analyze are sent to OpenAI's API for processing. They are not stored on our servers after analysis.
- Chat messages — Questions you type in the AI Chat are sent to OpenAI's API to generate responses.
- Scan history — Analysis results and associated images are stored locally on your device. We do not upload your history to our servers.
- Purchase information — Subscription status is managed through RevenueCat. We receive anonymized purchase metadata (not your payment details).
- Device identifiers — Anonymous identifiers used by RevenueCat to manage your subscription across reinstalls.
We do not collect your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information unless you contact us directly.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To analyze pregnancy test images and provide AI-generated results
- To power the AI Chat feature and answer your questions
- To manage your subscription and restore purchases
- To improve app stability and fix bugs through anonymized crash logs
We do not use your photos or health-related data for advertising or tracking purposes.

Your scan history and analysis results are stored only on your device. You can delete them at any time from within the app. We do not maintain copies on our servers.
OpenAI may retain API inputs for up to 30 days for safety monitoring, after which they are deleted.
5. Children's Privacy
Sticktest AI is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. Since most data is stored on your device, you can exercise these rights directly within the app. For data held by third-party services, please contact them directly.
7. Security
All data transmitted to third-party services is sent over encrypted HTTPS connections. Your scan history remains on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
